In 1991, I decided to open my very own auto repair shop. I’ve never done anything like this before, but the idea of having my own business was simultaneously exciting and frightening. Now, instead of working for someone else, I am responsible for hundreds, if not thousands, of cars to repair.
I really had no idea what I was getting myself into. I’ve never run a business before. I know that I am a great mechanic, who has fixed thousands of vehicles, but I had no practical experience running shop nor did I know anything about managing mechanics. What I did know was that I wanted to create a new type shop, one that I would want to have service my vehicle, and so that’s exactly what I set out to do.
When I think today about where I’ve been, and how far I’ve come, I am completely overcome with gratitude to all of my customers. By coming to my shop, you have cast a vote of confidence in me, my skills, and the skills of my mechanics by placing your vehicle in our hands. For those of you who have made that choice, by coming here and allowing us to service or repair your vehicles, we thank you.
My greatest desire is to keep families safe by making sure that the vehicle you drive is as safe as it can possibly be. My next goal is to improve, in any way I can, your experience of coming to use our shop. I am very proud to say that Professional Auto Care, Inc. is a really great company. Furthermore, I see each of you as a friend and a special client.
