Here is a run-down of our Eleven-Step Process:
- We write down what you say the problem is: all symptoms, all details.
- You are assigned the best technician for your specific problem.
- We ALWAYS test-drive the car before we start. We can even test-drive the vehicle WITH you to help pinpoint the specific problem and/or noises you hear.
- We then look at your auto as a whole. You’ve heard of holistic health care, we practice holistic auto care. By going through the Professional Auto Care Vehicle Inspection, we can inspect 68 separate mechanical areas of your auto. They will be ranked as “Acceptable”, “Recommended”, or “Severe.”
- We will call you with an estimate before we start on the repairs. This is important, so we’ll try to get in touch by home phone, cell phone, e-mail, or fax.
- After your approval, we will begin the repair work. In order to save time, we sometimes order parts ahead of time.
- At this point we will give you an estimate of how long it will take us to make the repairs and when you can plan on picking up your vehicle.
- Work begins and your auto is fixed right the first time.
- After the repair is completed, we will test it in our shop with electronic test equipment to make sure it is done correctly.
- A second test-drive is performed to do an additional check that the repair was done correctly.
- You receive a call that your vehicle repair is completed and we will make arrangements for you to pick up your vehicle.
